Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Precision Lehi Concrete and Masonry handles the information you share with us through this website, by phone and by email. We're a masonry contractor in Lehi, UT, and we collect only what we need to answer your questions, give you an estimate and do the work you hire us for.
It applies to every page on this site, starting with our home page. You can read more about who we are on our About page.
Information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, call us or email us, we collect what you choose to give us. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job. If you send photos of a wall, chimney or patio, we keep those with your request too.
Our contact form runs on an outside form service, so the details you type into it are collected and stored by that service on our behalf before they reach us.
When you visit the site, some information is gathered automatically. This can include your browser type, the device you're using, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed and the general area you're browsing from. We don't use it to identify you personally.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember things between visits. This site may use them to keep pages working properly and to run basic analytics, which show us which pages people read and how they found us.
Analytics data is grouped together, so it tells us that people looked at a page, not who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work, though some features may behave differently.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you, set up an on-site estimate, schedule and do the work, send invoices and follow up after the job. We may also contact you about a question you asked or a project you started with us.
We use analytics data to see which pages help people and which don't, so we can make the site clearer and easier to use.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the outside services that help us run the business, such as our form service, website host and analytics provider, and only so they can do that job for us.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our rights, our crew or our customers.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to answer your request, finish your job, handle any follow-up or warranty questions and keep the business records we're required to keep. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
If you send us a request and don't hire us, we don't keep your details any longer than we need to close it out.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and only the people who need it to serve you can see it. No website or online service is completely secure, though, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be accessed by someone who shouldn't have it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct anything that's wrong or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, and we may keep some records if the law requires us to. Otherwise, we'll handle your request promptly.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our site or the services we use change. When we do, the new version will be posted on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about this policy, want to make a request about your information or think something has been handled wrongly, call us at (385) 338-6022 or reach us through our Contact page. Tell us what you need, and we'll look into it and get back to you.
